Teach Hub

TeachHub is an online portal provided by the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) that gives students easy access to all their digital learning tools in one place. Using their DOE Student Account, students can log in to reach resources like Google Classroom, Microsoft 365, iLearnNYC, Zoom, schoolwork, grades, and other learning apps—making it a simple, central hub for all school-related online activities.

iReady

i-Ready is an online learning program used in schools to help students improve their reading and math skills. It gives students personalized lessons based on their individual level and provides teachers with data on how each student is progressing. It adapts to the student’s abilities, offering practice that’s just right for their learning needs. i-Ready can be logged in through Teach Hub.

Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office is a collection of tools that helps students complete schoolwork in an organized and professional way. With programs like Word for writing essays, PowerPoint for creating presentations, Excel for organizing data and making charts, and Outlook for managing email, students can handle a wide range of assignments. These tools are widely used in schools and workplaces, making them valuable for building strong digital skills.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom is an online platform that helps students and teachers manage schoolwork easily. Teachers can post assignments, share learning materials, give feedback, and communicate with the class. Students can view their work, submit assignments, check deadlines, and stay organized—all in one simple place.

HMH

HMH, short for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, is an education company that provides digital learning platforms, textbooks, and interactive lessons for students. Their online programs help students build skills in subjects like reading, math, science, and social studies, while giving teachers tools to monitor progress and customize instruction. This can be accessed by a specific link by your child's teacher. Your child log in information is the same as their Teach Hub Information.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace for Education, which includes tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drive, allows students to create, edit, and store their work online. Google Docs is used for writing, Sheets for organizing information and doing calculations, and Slides for making presentations, while Drive stores everything safely in the cloud. Since multiple people can work on the same file at the same time, these tools make collaboration easy and are especially useful for group projects and assignments.
